目的:建立槲寄生中紫丁香苷的高效液相含量测定方法,为药材及其制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱:AgilentExtend C_(18)柱(250 nn×4.6 nn,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);检测波长:264 nn。结果:紫丁香苷在0.25~4.98μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为102.5%,RSD=1.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,为槲寄生药材及其制剂的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of high-content syringin in Mistletoe, providing the basis for the quality control of medicinal materials and their preparations. Method: Column: AgilentExtend C_ (18) column (250 nn × 4.6 nn, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85); detection wavelength: 264 nn. Results: There was a good linear relationship between syringin in the range of 0.25-4.98 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 102.5% and the RSD was 1.6% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, which provides the basis for the quality control of the mistletoe medicinal materials and their preparations.
