给小鼠背部（Ｌ１－ Ｓ１）贴敷２．７３ｇ／ｋｇ 的关节康，发现本品可明显抑制复合巴豆油所致的小鼠急性渗出性炎症（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）和慢性增生性炎症（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０５）；明显加快小鼠耳廓微循环血流速度，改善血流态（ Ｐ＜ ０．００１），对局部给盐酸肾上腺素１０ μｇ 所造成的微循环障碍有明显的改善作用，微血流恢复正常时间明显短于对照组（ Ｐ ＜ ０．００１）；并具有极明显的提高痛阈作用（Ｐ＜ ０．００ １），且能延长小鼠的痛觉潜伏期（Ｐ＜ ０．０ １）， 减少疼痛次数（Ｐ＜ ０． ０１ ），１ 次贴敷镇痛作用可持续４ｈ（Ｐ ＜ ０．０５）。提示关节康具有明显的消炎镇痛作用和改善微循环障碍作用
