选用鄂晚8号和加23等两类晚粳亲本组配成8个正反交F_1代,采用剪叶喷液接种法研究了上述材料对白叶枯病Ⅱ、Ⅳ型的抗性反应及其遗传特点。初步结果表明,F1代的抗级多表现为其父、母本的平均值,且因组合而异;供试材料与菌系之间的反应呈特定的互作关系;其遗传变量指标则依参与亲本或其F1代的不同而变化。
