梁柱式支架已被广泛应用于现浇梁施工中,但相关规范并未明确给出支架承载力以及钢管柱压屈失稳验算的相关规定。本文基于有限元方法提出了一种判定梁柱支架承载能力的计算方法;提出应对钢管柱进行压屈失稳的验算,并给出验证公式。本文的2种方法对现场梁柱式支架施工的安全控制有较好的参考价值。
Beam-column brackets have been widely used in the construction of cast-in-situ beams, but the relevant norms do not give any explicit instructions on the bearing capacity of the brackets and the buckling failure of the steel pipe columns. Based on the finite element method, this paper presents a method to determine the bearing capacity of beam-column supports. The calculation of buckling buckling instability of steel columns is proposed and the verification formula is given. The two methods in this paper have good reference value for the safety control of beam-column bracket construction in the field.
