目的：为了探索部队预防性卫生监督的新路子，提高部队卫生质量。方法：总结分析几年来海军卫生防疫队对驻京部队通过理顺监督管理渠道、规范监督监测体系、制定科学监督程序、整理监督档案资料、加强业务技术培训等一系列工作，使海军驻京部队预防性卫生监督工作逐步走向成熟的成功经验。结果：对海军驻京部队预防性卫生监督工作中存在的部门之间不协调、预防性监督法规不健全、监督队伍力量薄弱、电脑管理落后、业务指导不力等问题进行了剖析。提出了充分发挥爱卫会各职能部门的作用，健全预防性卫生监督法规，加强监督队伍力量培养，加速监督设备研制等对策。结论：预防性卫生监督是提高部队卫生质量的有效途径，值得进一步研究和推广
Objective: In order to explore new ways of preventive health surveillance for troops and improve the health quality of troops. Methods: To sum up and analyze a series of work carried out by naval sanitation and anti-epidemic teams on Beijing’s troops in Beijing in the past several years by streamlining the channels of supervision and management, standardizing the supervision and monitoring system, formulating scientific supervision procedures, arranging and monitoring archives and data, and strengthening technical and business training. Prophylactic health surveillance gradually moving towards mature and successful experience. Results: The disagreements among departments in the preventive sanitation supervision work of the Navy units in Beijing, the imperfectness of the preventive supervision laws and regulations, the weakness of the supervisory team, the backward management of the computers and the poor guidance of the business were analyzed. It puts forward some countermeasures such as fully exerting the function of all the AIDS Guardians’ functional departments, perfecting laws and regulations on preventive health supervision, strengthening the training of supervision team, and accelerating the development of supervision equipment. Conclusion: Preventive health surveillance is an effective way to improve the health quality of the troops and deserves further study and promotion
