随着经济改革与发展的不断推进,湛江市经济发生了翻天覆地的变化,物质文化水平不断提高,群众对精神文明的需求日益强烈。社区文化恰恰是一种与人民群众直接联系,并能让群众真切实际感受到的公共文化服务。在新形势下创造一个温馨、舒适、多元化的社区文化,直接关系到群众生活的幸福指数,是我市精神文明建设与创建和谐廉江的一个重要组成部分。
With the continuous promotion of economic reform and development, the economy of Zhanjiang has undergone tremendous changes. The material and cultural standards have been continuously improved. The demand for spiritual civilization by the masses has become increasingly stronger. Community culture is exactly a kind of public cultural service that is directly linked with the people and enables the masses to truly feel it. Under the new situation, creating a warm, comfortable and diversified community culture is directly related to the happiness index of people’s lives. It is an important part of the city’s spiritual civilization building and the establishment of a harmonious Lianjiang River.
