在改良的Euro_Collins心脏保存液 (mEC液 )中添加川芎嗪 ,简单冷保存离体大鼠心脏 6h ,观察川芎嗪对心脏的保存效果。结果发现川芎嗪能提高保存后心脏的心功能和冠脉流量 (CF) ,降低心肌含水量 ,减少心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和肌酸激酶 (CK)的漏出 ,提高心肌细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性并降低过氧化脂质 (LPO)的含量。说明川芎嗪能提高mEC液的心脏保存效果 ,作用机理可能与负性肌力及抗氧自由基损伤作用有关
The tetramethylpyrazine was added to the improved Euro_Collins heart preservation solution (mEC fluid), and the isolated rat heart was cryopreserved for 6 hours to observe the preservation effect of tetramethylpyrazine on the heart. The results showed that tetramethylpyrazine can improve cardiac function and coronary flow (CF) after heart preservation, reduce myocardial water content, and reduce leakage of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) in myocardial cells, and improve myocardial cell hyperoxidation. Dismutase (SOD) activity and reduced lipid peroxide (LPO) content. It is suggested that Chuanxiongzine can improve the heart preservation effect of mEC fluid, and the mechanism of action may be related to the negative inotropic and antioxidant free radical damage effects.
