■科学发展观是全面贯彻“三个代表”和十六大精神的根本要求,是指导全面建设小康社会的重要理论基础,也是实现在苏北快速崛起的重要思想武器。面临新形势、新要求,作为经济欠发达地区的滨海县,在增强大局意识和责任意识、自觉坚持贯彻中央的决策和部署、运用科学发展观指导全面建设小康社会的实践中,实现了经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展的新跨越。
■ The scientific concept of development is the fundamental requirement for the full implementation of the “Three Represents” and the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and an important theoretical basis for guiding the building of an overall well-to-do society. It is also an important ideological weapon for achieving the rapid rise in northern Jiangsu. Faced with the new situation and new requirements, Binhai County, as an economically underdeveloped region, has made great efforts to enhance overall awareness and sense of responsibility, conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the Central Government and guide the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way with the scientific development concept, Comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of a new leap forward.
