采用 Al、 Fe2 O3 、 Si O2 和助燃剂组成的复合自蔓延体系,自蔓延离心法制备了莫来石玻璃陶瓷内衬钢管。对陶瓷层孔隙率和组织结构进行了分析,讨论了高致密陶瓷层合成的影响因素。结果表明,陶瓷层显微组织为莫来石和玻璃相基体,最低孔隙率为3.3% 。
A composite self-propagating system composed of Al, Fe2 O3, Si O2 and combustion improver was used to prepare the mullite-glass-ceramic-lined steel tube by the self-propagating-centrifugation method. Porosity and microstructure of ceramic layer were analyzed, and the influencing factors of high density ceramic layer synthesis were discussed. The results show that the microstructure of the ceramic layer is mullite and glass phase matrix with the lowest porosity of 3.3%.
