分析了烧结过程中,固体燃料燃烧和含铁原料对烧结烟气NO_X生成和排放的影响规律,并重点阐述了宝钢烧结在NO_X过程减排方面进行的一系列工业试验,如优化烧结固体燃料结构工业试验、改善烧结配矿结构工业试验和采取组合措施降低NO_X排放浓度工业试验等。认为,在尚无末端治理的烧结烟气脱硝工艺前提下,有必要在烧结生产中实施源头控制和过程减排,将烧结烟气NO_X浓度排放限值由500mg/Nm~3减少到300mg/Nm~3,并具有排放限值继续降低的可能。
