自1987年全国森工企业相继实行“六包三挂钩”以来,进一步促进了企业内部改革的全面深化,强化了企业管理,推动了林业生产的发展。但承包经营责任制还存在着许多不完善的地方。下面,笔者就如何完善森工企业的承包经营,谈点自己的看法。从前段森工企业承包经营的经验教训来看,要使森工企业的承包经营责任制日趋完善,必须着重抓好以下几个方面的工作。
