对207例胆石症患者经耳穴刺激后的排石标本用胆石快速定性、化学定量测定、红外吸收光谱和原子发射光谱分析进行鉴定。结果表明:来自胆道的结石仅占5.8%,其余94.2%的排石标本不含胆固醇和/或胆红素等胆石的基本成分,红外光谱不具胆固醇和/或胆红素的典型吸收峰,因此不象是来自胆道。对耳穴刺激疗法的高排石率提出异议。
