38例窒息新生儿和11例低出生体重新生儿、并与同期健康新生儿54例作为对照进行血清甲状腺激素测定。三组的各项检测结果在性别上无差异;在窒息组中血清T3、T4值则明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),TSH值窒息组与正常对照组无差异(P>0.05);低体重儿组血清T3、T4、TSH均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001)。提示:窒息缺氧、酸中毒时甲状腺分泌反应低下;低体重儿因提前分娩或宫内发育不良使垂体-甲状腺轴功能不成熟,血清T3、T4和TSH均可出现暂时性降低。
38 cases of asphyxia neonates and 11 cases of low birth weight neonates, and with the same period of healthy newborns 54 cases as a control serum thyroid hormone determination. The results of three groups showed no gender differences. The serum T3 and T4 values in the asphyxia group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.001). There was no difference in the TSH value between the asphyxia group and the normal control group (P> 0.05). Serum T3, T4 and TSH in low birth weight children were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <0.001). Hint: apnea hypoxia, acidosis, thyroid secretion reaction is low; low birth weight due to premature delivery or intrauterine dysplasia hypopituitarism - thyroid axis immature, serum T3, T4 and TSH can be temporarily reduced.
