大容量电厂循环水泵房进水流道的水力性能设计对保证循环水泵的安全和高效运行至关重要。受地形条件的限制,汕尾发电厂循环水泵房进水前池设置在90°转弯的位置,经过物理模型试验,测验在不同的运行工况下从引水明渠至进水前池之间的水头损失,分析和研究自流式引水明渠与循环水泵房进水前池连接段及进水前池水流流态的均匀性和稳定性,提出改善进水前池及进水流道流态的优化设计方案。
The design of the hydraulic performance of the inflow channel of the circulating water pump room in the high-capacity power plant is very important to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the circulating water pump. Due to the restriction of terrain conditions, the water inlet forebay of the circulating water pump house in Shanwei Power Plant is set at the turning position of 90 °. After the physical model test, the head loss from the diversion channel to the forewarning pool under different operating conditions is tested, This paper analyzes and studies the uniformity and stability of the water flow pattern in the connecting forehearth of recirculation diversion channel and circulating water pump house and the flow pattern in the forebay.
