着眼于提高足底矫形器的产品质量,提高其加工速度,以及加工过程中的抗干扰能力。对足底矫形器加工特点进行分析,在国内首次提出将最小二乘法应用于足底矫形器的交流伺服数控平台的CAM中,开发交流伺服系统新的应用领域及应用方法。
Focus on improving the product quality of foot orthosis, improve its processing speed, and anti-interference ability during processing. The paper analyzes the processing characteristics of foot orthosis and proposes the application of least square method to CAM of AC servo CNC platform of foot orthosis for the first time and develops new application fields and application methods of AC servo system.
