The Q hidden bug of Bemisia tabaci (WBW) is an invasive whitefly newly introduced into China in recent years. It mainly harms cash crops such as vegetables, cotton and flowers and produces high resistance to many kinds of chemical pesticides. In order to understand the effect of different imidacloprid application methods on the control of Bemisia tabaci, the effects of imidacloprid on Bemisia tabaci (Bemisia tabaci) were studied under laboratory conditions. Two treatments, imidacloprid and foliar application, The survival rate of Q hidden species, the survival rate and the parasitism rate of Lepidoptera. The results showed that the corrected mortalities of imidacloprid infested with 1, 5, 10, 50 mg.L 1 imidacloprid were 21.8%, 14.9%, 19.3%, 16.2%, 1,5,50 mg.L 1 The corrected mortalities of imidacloprid leaves treated with imidacloprid were 52.2%, 81.8% and 93.3%, respectively. In the same concentration of imidacloprid treatment, the death rate of the leaf wasps was significantly higher than that of the treatment with irrigating roots. In the synergistic effect of imidacloprid and Leuconidae, the imidacloprid concentration of 5, 10, 50 mg.L 1 The mortality of Bemisia tabaci was 41.5%, 39.1% and 45.9%, respectively. The parasitism rates of Bemisia tabaci were 11.9%, 15.9% and 7.9%, respectively. With imidacloprid at a concentration of 5 and 50 mg · L -1, The mortality of Bemisia tabaci was 12.6% and 37.2%, respectively, while the parasitism rate of Aphis gossypii was about 2%. The treatment with irrigating roots had little effect on the survival rate of parasitoids and was beneficial to the parasitism and feeding of Bemisia tabaci on Bemisia tabaci; and the foliar treatment significantly reduced the survival rate and parasitism rate of parasitoids.
