对36份苎麻杂交组合和25份苎麻品种杂种优势、遗传变异的研究结果表明:F_1的产量、株高、茎粗、皮厚、有效株率、净同化率、净光合生产率和伤流量等比双亲有明显的正向优势,纤维细度有明显的负向优势。组合的形态可分1-3类。其中倾亲类型占绝大多数。经济性状、产量和细度的变异系数,组合与亲本无性系无显著差异。株高、茎粗、皮厚的遗传变量为表型变量的27.5%-49.4%,易受环境因表的影响。进行亲本和组合选籽时,应考虑高产、优质品种的搭配,遗传的优质基因亲本的使用,有效株率、株高优势强和稳产、抗病的组合选择,有可能获得高产优质的组合。
