从长叶榧Torreyajackii叶中分得5种成分,经波谱分析及化学反应鉴定为二十烷醇(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、反式璎珞柏酸(Ⅲ)、(+)松脂素单甲醚(Ⅳ)和(+)松脂素(Ⅴ),其中Ⅲ对人体DNA多聚酶β及白血病P388具有明显的抑制作用。
Five components were isolated from the leaves of Torreyajackii leaves and identified as eicosanol (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), trans-rhodopsin (Ⅲ), (+) rosin by spectroscopic analysis and chemical reaction Monomethyl ether (Ⅳ) and (+) pinoresin (Ⅴ), of which Ⅲ on human DNA polymerase β and leukemia P388 has a significant inhibitory effect.
