根据HSX6型洗煤机斗式提升机构实际运行工况,对其系统进行受力分析,建立多自由度动力学模型及其数学模型,采用MATLAB/simulink对提升机构进行仿真分析,得出其关键部件链板在一个循环周期内张力变化规律,并与现场测试数值进行对比分析,结果基本一致。基于以上结论,进一步对不同运行速度下链板最大张力进行数值计算,得出链板运行速度与链板最大张力之间的变化规律,为洗煤机斗式提升机构的设计提供理论依据。
According to the actual operating conditions of bucket elevator of HSX6 type coal washing machine, the force analysis of the system is carried out, the dynamic model of multiple degrees of freedom and its mathematical model are established, and the simulation results of the lifting mechanism are given by MATLAB / simulink. The variation of tension in the chain plate in one cycle and comparative analysis with the field test results showed that the results were basically the same. Based on the above conclusions, the maximum tension of the chain plate under different operating speeds is further calculated, and the change rule between the running speed of the chain plate and the maximum tension of the chain plate is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the bucket lifting mechanism of the coal washing machine.
