人力资源培训,和社会大众息息相关。近年来,无论是人力资源培训服务机构的数量,还是培训业务量都呈现出逐年递增的态势。但在现行市场上,培训业务五花八门,机构资质良莠不齐,培训效果得不到基本保障,有些机构甚至钻国家法律法规漏洞。随着经济形势的发展,中国经济大有从“投资推动型”向“人力资源推动型”转变的趋势,人力资源产业将成为国民经济新的增长点。如何引领人力资源服务业向规范化发展,已成为各级政府的重要议题。
Human resources training, and the community is closely related. In recent years, both the number of human resources training services and the number of training businesses have shown an increasing trend year by year. However, in the current market, the training business is diversified, the qualifications of institutions are mixed, the training effect can not be guaranteed, and some agencies even breach national laws and regulations. With the development of the economic situation, there is a tendency for the Chinese economy to shift from “investment-driven” to “human resources-driven”, and the human resources industry will become a new growth point for the national economy. How to lead the standardized development of human resource service industry has become an important topic for all levels of government.
