目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低失禁性皮炎(IAD)发生率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,通过活动步骤,运用质量管理工具分析引起IAD的原因,针对原因选择干预措施进行改进,并比较活动前后IAD的发生率、治愈率。结果:品管圈活动后IAD发生率由12.3%降为7.6%,治愈率由54.4%提高至97.9%(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动的开展降低了科室IAD的发生率,提高了治愈率,提升了专科护理工作质量,提升了护士的综合能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of quality control loop on reducing the incidence of incontinence dermatitis (IAD). Methods: The QC circle group was established. Through the activity steps, quality management tools were used to analyze the causes of IAD, the interventions were selected according to reasons, and the incidence and cure rate of IAD were compared. Results: The incidence of IAD dropped from 12.3% to 7.6% after the quality control ring was administered, and the cure rate increased from 54.4% to 97.9% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle activities reduce the incidence of department IAD, improve the cure rate, improve the quality of specialist nursing work, and enhance the comprehensive ability of nurses.
