Accompanying Beijing: Science Press, 2014, 348, pricing: 128 yuan Acoustics is the science of sound that studies the production, transmission, reception, and effects of sound. Sound or sound originally refers to the human ear auditory awareness of airborne vibration phenomenon. Since human beings began to understand the sound of sound, people began to understand the law of sound by observing the phenomenon of sound. People have long recognized the nature of sound fluctuations and created acoustic equipment (mainly musical instruments). The test methods have been developed and many important results have been achieved. However, until the early 17th century, Galileo proposed the concept of frequency and period, there is no study of the nature of vibration and fluctuations, of course, there is no sound velocity concept. The reason is that no physical quantity describing the characteristics of a specific acoustic (physical) phenomenon and its measurement method have been found.
