目的:加强口岸检验检疫机构对突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力,完善部门协作机制。方法:合理对一例疑似肺结核患者实施临床检查、病史个案以及流行病学调查,对现场进行应急处置[1]。结果:疑似患者最终确诊为肺结核,且进一步就医。结论:加强口岸公共卫生核心能力建设,加大力度实施口岸卫生监督和医学巡查,完善口岸应对突发公共卫生事件管理的长效合作机制,健全和优化口岸应对突发公共卫生事件预案,最大限度地防止传染病的传入和传出,保护人民身体健康。
Objective: To strengthen the inspection and quarantine authorities at port emergency response to public health emergencies ability to improve departmental collaboration mechanism. Methods: It is reasonable to carry out clinical examination, case history and epidemiological investigation on a case of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis, and conduct emergency treatment on site [1]. Results: Suspected patients eventually diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis, and further medical treatment. Conclusion: To strengthen the construction of public health core competence at port, step up efforts to implement port health supervision and medical inspection, improve the long-term cooperation mechanism for ports to deal with public health emergency management, and improve and optimize port pre-treatment plan for public health emergencies to the maximum extent To prevent the spread of infectious diseases and spread out and protect people’s health.
