在全球浪潮的席卷下,我国进一步完善了社会主义市场经济体制,在全新的形势下,学校的生存环境也在不断地变化。面对这种情况,学校的教学管理包括教学理念、教学目标、教学手段以及教学方法等都要顺应时代的潮流,积极运用全新的管理方法去控制学校教学的全部过程,同时,监察教师的教学内容及教学手段,为接受教育的人成为具有高素质的人才做出保证。依据有关的管理数据统计,使用辩证方法对教学管理与制度化管理的联系作出分析,强调二者之间存在相互影响的关系,有助于教学中管理制度的完善、独立,从而实现教学制度化管理。
Under the sweep of the global wave, China has further improved the socialist market economic system. Under the new situation, the school’s living environment is constantly changing. Faced with this situation, the school’s teaching management, including teaching philosophy, teaching objectives, teaching methods, and teaching methods, must conform to the trend of the times, actively use new management methods to control the whole process of school teaching, and at the same time, monitor teachers’ teaching.
