目的 :观察急、慢性肾衰持续性不卧床腹膜透析的疗效 .方法 :对 1 996年以来自愿接受腹透 32例患者行持续不卧床腹膜透析治疗 .结果 :1 2例急性肾衰治愈率达83.33% ,慢性肾衰透析时间为 3～ 38月 .结论 :持续不卧床腹膜透析为治疗急、慢性肾衰的一种简单、经济、实用的疗法 .
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis in patients with acute and chronic renal failure.Methods: Thirty-two patients undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis were randomly enrolled in this study.Results: The cure rate of 12 cases of acute renal failure 83.33%, chronic renal failure dialysis time of 3 to 38 months.Conclusion: Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis for the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure is a simple, economical and practical therapy.
