用扫描电镜研究了奥氏体不锈钢中应力腐蚀断裂的性质。根据实验条件,从应力腐蚀断口表面可以观察到三种显微形貌:平行的条状;类河流状和扇形花样。上述观察结果可以推断断裂表面和腐蚀断裂过程的断裂扩展方向的结晶学性质。用结晶点阵模型说明条状形貌的形成,指出断裂系统为{110}〈001〉。 今后我们的工作在于找出从断裂表面测出的几何参量与材料参数和力学参数的关系。
The properties of stress corrosion cracking in austenitic stainless steel were studied by SEM. According to the experimental conditions, three kinds of microscopic morphology can be observed from the surface of stress corrosion fracture: parallel strips; like river-like and fan-shaped patterns. The above observations can be used to infer the crystallographic properties of the fracture surface and the direction of fracture propagation in the corrosive fracture process. The crystal lattice model is used to illustrate the formation of stripe morphology. The fracture system is {110} <001>. The future of our work is to find out the geometric parameters measured from the fracture surface and the relationship between material parameters and mechanical parameters.
