作者报告了1990年10月到1994年40月间，采用髋臼成形术治疗先天性髋关节脱位24例29髋，经2年至5年随诊，疗效优良率93％．髋臼成形主要包括2部分，髋臼扩大加深和髋臼上缘延伸．本文介绍了手术方法，并对结果进行了讨论．
The authors reported 24 hips in 24 patients with congenital dislocation of the hip treated with acetabular surgery between October 1990 and December 1994, and the excellent and good rate was 93% after 2 to 5 years of follow-up. Acetabular formation mainly includes 2 parts, the acetabulum is enlarged and deepened, and the upper edge of the acetabulum is extended. This article describes the surgical methods and discusses the results.
