深圳市撤宝安县建宝安区、龙岗区,新区于1993年1月1日正式成立,挂牌办火。撤县建区绝不仅仅是行政区划的变更,深圳市区的扩大,而是投资环境的改善,经济腾飞的起点。新区的战略地位要从多角度、多层次来分析,多方面、新高度来认识。一、新区是深圳市的有机组成部分。新区的城镇是特区的卫星城,是城市化的重点地区。宝安撤县建区,新区成为与罗湖区、福田区、南山区并列的深圳市区。但新区又有其自身特点,它的众多城镇是特区的卫星城,享有地理优势;它没有特区的全部优惠政策,但它有特区不具备的优势(下文中述)。
Shenzhen Baoan County built Baoan District, Longgang District, the new district was officially established on January 1, 1993, listing fire. The new town is a satellite city in the SAR and is a key urban area. Baoan withdrawal County built area, the new area with Luohu District, Futian District, Nanshan District, tied for the Shenzhen area. However, the new district has its own characteristics. Many of its towns are the satellite cities of the SAR. They enjoy geographical advantages. They have no full preferential policies for the SAR. However, they have the advantages that the SAR does not have (described below).
