引言 47121高强钛合金是我所研制的一种新型材料,属于亚稳定β型钛合金,合金的名义成份为Ti-4Al-7Mo-10V-2Fe-1Zr。简称为47121钛合金。用一般的原料,经过真空自耗熔炼而成,产品价格低于同类型合金。该合金是一种新的结构材料,在石油化工、飞机制造工业、机械仪表等方面获得广泛的应用;在生理工程应用方面,我所与上海第六人民医院和上海手术器械六厂协作,经过十多年的努力,在上海地区和全国医疗卫生单位广泛应用,曾经获得上海市重大科技成果奖。
Introduction 47121 High-strength titanium alloy is a new type of material developed by me. It belongs to the metastable β-type titanium alloy. The nominal composition of the alloy is Ti-4Al-7Mo-10V-2Fe-1Zr. Referred to as 47121 titanium alloy. With the general raw materials, after vacuum consumable melting, the product price is lower than the same type of alloy. The alloy is a new structural material, which has been widely used in petrochemical industry, aircraft manufacturing industry, mechanical instrumentation and so on. In the aspect of physiological engineering application, our company cooperates with Sixth People’s Hospital of Shanghai and Shanghai Sixth Surgical Instrument Factory More than a decade of efforts, widely used in Shanghai area and national medical and health units, has won the Shanghai Science and Technology Achievement Award.
