我厂鼓风机、引风机的传动部分是由电机通过弹性联轴器直接驱动风机轴,其上装有两只双列向心球面罐子轴承,通过油池来润滑轴承,为防止泄漏原设计采用隙缝密封并配有甩油环,但泄漏相当严重。泄漏原因:当甩油环把润滑油甩在端盖内孔壁后,油液将沿孔壁表面流到甩油环背面的风机轴上。孔与轴之间的间隙为0.1~0.3mm,由于风机转速很高(约1000r/min),难以形成油膜阻止泄漏。为此,我们试制了铝环密封装置。
