目的:观察阶段性健康教育对乳腺癌根治术患者治疗疗效的影响。方法:将147例乳腺癌患者分为实验组89例,对照组58例,2组均给予乳腺癌根治疗术及术前健康指导,实验组同时给予阶段式健康教育。结果:术后功能锻炼预期达标率实验组较对照组高。结论:实施阶段式健康教育对促进乳腺癌根治术后康复具有积极而有效的作用,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective: To observe the effect of stage health education on the curative effect of radical mastectomy in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 147 breast cancer patients were divided into experimental group (89 cases) and control group (58 cases). Both groups were given radical mastectomy and preoperative health guidance. The experimental group was given stage health education at the same time. Results: The expected rate of postoperative functional exercise was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion: The implementation of staged health education has a positive and effective effect on promoting the rehabilitation of patients with radical mastectomy and improves patient satisfaction.
