摘 要:永磁緩速器,由永磁铁驱动的辅助制动系统,通过永磁铁将涡电流导入转子的方式工作,没有制动蹄或制动盘,非电磁产品,而是永磁铁产品,不需要外部电源供电。针对目前传统永磁缓速器普遍存在的一些问题,以及使用过程中出现的漏磁现象等,提出了一种基于液压原理的永磁缓速器气隙调节装置。

Air Gap Adjusting Device of Permanent Magnet Retarder based on Hydraulic Principle

Abstract:Permanent magnet retarder, an auxiliary braking system driven by a permanent magnet, works by introducing eddy current into the rotor through a permanent magnet. There is no brake shoe or brake disc. It is not an electromagnetic product but a permanent magnet product and does not need external power supply. Aiming at the common problems of the traditional permanent magnet retarder and the magnetic leakage phenomenon in the process of use, a permanent magnet retarder air gap regulating device based on the hydraulic principle was proposed.
