本研究的目的是观察运用致密羟基磷灰石微粒,在颌骨萎缩患者牙槽嵴上行牙槽骨扩展术的临床效果。采用牙槽骨扩展术在20例颌骨萎缩患者的牙槽嵴上人工制成窝洞,填塞致密羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨。结果:切口Ⅰ期愈合,无一例并发症;植入羟基磷灰石与基骨结合牢固,所形成的牙槽嵴无棘状突起。术后4~6周安装义齿,功能和美容效果满意。用羟基磷灰石微粒行牙槽骨扩展术,效果肯定,技术操作简单。
The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of using alveolar hydroxyapatite to alveolar bone augmentation on the alveolar ridge of patients with jaw atrophy. In alveolar ridge of 20 patients with atrophy of the jaw, the alveolar ridge was fabricated by alveolar bone expansion, and the dense hydroxyapatite artificial bone was packed. Results: The incision healed in the first phase without any complications. The hydroxyapatite implanted into the base bone was firm, and the alveolar ridges formed had no spinous processes. After 4 to 6 weeks to install the denture, functional and cosmetic results satisfactory. With hydroxyapatite particles alveolar bone expansion, the effect is affirmative, technical operation is simple.
