[目的]对卷柏的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。[方法]从传统中草药卷柏全草中分离得到化合物,采用柱层析色谱法及制备型薄层色谱法对化合物进行纯化,再通过核磁及质谱分析的方法确定化合物的结构,最后用MTT法测试化合物的抗癌活性。[结果]试验分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为巴西棕榈酸(1)、葡萄糖(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、穗花杉双黄酮(4)、selaginellin(5)、selaginellin M(6)和selaginellin A(7);并且在所测试的3种化合物中,以化合物7抑制HeLa癌细胞生长的活性最好。[结论]为更好地开发利用卷柏植物资源提供了依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Selaginella. [Method] Compounds were isolated from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine, Selaginella concinna. The compounds were purified by column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by NMR and MS. Finally, MTT method The compounds were tested for their anti-cancer activity. [Result] Seven compounds were isolated from the experiment and identified as palmitic acid (1), glucose (2), β-sitosterol (3), biflavone (4), selaginellin (5), selaginellin M 6) and selaginellin A (7); and among the three tested compounds, the activity of compound 7 for inhibiting the growth of HeLa cancer cells was the best.
