胃平滑肌瘤起源于胃的平滑肌组织,主要起自胃壁肌层,极少起自粘膜肌层或血管壁肌层。临床上并不多见,约占胃肿瘤的1%,无特征性临床症状,其诊断主要依赖X线检查,我们收集经X线、手术或病理证实的胃平滑肌瘤12例,结合文献进行分析讨论。临床资料本组12例中男7例,女5例。年龄28～79岁,其中60岁以上9例,占75%。临床症状:无明显症状仅感上腹部不适或腹胀者9例,上腹部隐痛不适2例,1例因他病就诊体检时上腹部摸到包块。
Gastric smooth muscle tumors originate in the smooth muscle tissue of the stomach, mainly from the muscular layer of the stomach wall, and rarely from the muscularis mucosa or muscular layer of the blood vessel wall. It is rare in clinical practice. It accounts for about 1% of gastric tumors and has no characteristic clinical symptoms. The diagnosis mainly depends on X-ray examination. We collected 12 cases of gastric leiomyomas confirmed by X-ray, surgery, or pathology, combined with literatures. Analysis and discussion. Clinical data in this group of 12 cases of 7 males and 5 females. Age 28 to 79 years old, including 9 years of age above 60, accounting for 75%. Clinical symptoms: There were 9 cases with no obvious symptoms, only abdominal discomfort or abdominal distension, 2 cases with discomfort in upper abdominal discomfort, and 1 case with palpable mass on the upper abdomen due to his medical examination.
