研究不同限食水平(自由摄食、80%热能摄入、65%热能摄入)对昆明种小鼠繁殖的影响。于限食第30天及第94天分别进行了两次繁试验,结果表明:限食第30天时,65%热能摄入组雌鼠的受孕率及其它各项生殖指标皆为零;80%热能摄取组雌鼠的受孕率为45.00%,低于自由摄食组(75.00%),但无显著性差异。限食第94天时,65%热能摄入组的受孕率仍显著低于80%热能摄入组及正常摄食组(P<0.01);而80%热能摄入组雌鼠各指标与自由摄食组间无显著性差异。表明35%水平的限食能延缓动物的生殖成熟过程,并使同年龄组的雌性动物生育力降低;但轻度限食对动物生殖功能影响不大。实验结束时,80%及65%热能摄入组雄性鼠的精子活动率均较自由摄食组动物低下(P<0.01);精子畸形率随限食水平的增高而增大,两组比较,P<0.01。提示限食干扰了精子的生长和发育过程,并对精子生长具有潜在的诱变性危害。实验结束时,各组雄性动物的血清睾酮值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
The effects of different dietary levels (free food intake, 80% caloric intake, 65% caloric intake) on the reproductive performance of Kunming mice were studied. On the 30th day and the 94th day of the dieting, two repeated tests were conducted. The results showed that the conception rate and other reproductive indicators of female rats with 65% caloric intake were all zero at the 30th day; 80% The thermal pregnancy rate of female rats was 45.00%, lower than that of free feeding group (75.00%), but no significant difference. The results showed that the 35% level of food restriction delayed the reproductive maturation of animals and reduced the fertility of females in the same age group. However, mild restriction of diet had little effect on animal reproductive function. At the end of the experiment, the sperm motility of male rats in 80% and 65% of caloric intake groups was lower than that of free-feeding animals (P <0.01). The sperm deformity rate increased with the increase of the limit of feeding, , P <0.01. Suggest that food-limited interference with the growth and development of sperm, and sperm growth potential mutagenic hazard. At the end of the experiment, there was no significant difference in serum testosterone between males of all groups (P> 0.05).
