2012年6月1日,首届中国(北京)国际服务贸易交易会即将落下帷幕之时,北京建工集团与阿根廷南方风力发电公司签署合作协议,承接价值35.8亿美元的阿根廷巴塔哥尼亚加斯特雷1350兆瓦风力发电项目。这也是迄今为止全球最大的内陆风电项目。此次签约阿根廷风电项目,在业内人士看来可谓是大跌眼镜。众所周知,北京建工集团尽管拥有60多年的发展历史和10余年的海外项目建设经历,但一直以民建工程居多,即使承接过少数工业建设,也以市政管道、污水处理等为主。与技术性极强的风电难有关联。一个以民建为主的企业如何能做起风力发电项目?近日,记者带着疑惑走进了坐落在广莲路的北京建工集团,试图一探究竟。
