浙江省海宁市妇幼保健院成功地创建了全国唯一的县(市)级爱婴医院。在创建爱婴医院的过程中,医院成立了母乳喂养支持组织,制订和健全了母乳喂养规章制度,广泛深入地进行了母乳喂养的健康教育。医院还按照国际标准,实行母婴同室,全面培训保健人员,提高其母乳喂养知识水平和指导能力。医院在实行母婴同室的过程中,做到“二早一多”,按需哺乳,提高母乳喂养成功率,增进了社会效益和经济效益。
Haining City, Zhejiang Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital successfully created the only county (city) level baby-friendly hospital. In the process of creating Baby-friendly Hospital, the hospital set up a breastfeeding support organization, formulated and perfected the rules on breastfeeding, and conducted extensive and in-depth health education on breastfeeding. The hospital also in accordance with international standards, the implementation of maternal and child room, comprehensive training of health workers, improve their knowledge and ability to breastfeed. During the process of implementing maternal and infant same-room facilities, the hospital achieved “two in the morning and one in the morning”, breastfeeding as needed, and improved the success rate of breast-feeding and improved social and economic benefits.
