针对全因子试验计算多组成环尺寸产品装配成功率试验次数较多、计算工作量较大等不足,提出一种基于Taguchi正交试验的产品一维装配成功率计算方法.首先根据Taguchi参数设计准则,将一维尺寸链中组成环尺寸作为Taguchi正交试验的因素,每个因素分为3个水平,制定正交试验表,进行正交试验,求解封闭环尺寸的均值和标准差,经计算获得装配成功率,然后采用极值法分析了各因素对装配成功率的影响.最后,以齿轮组件为实例运用Taguchi正交试验计算装配成功率,应用蒙特卡洛模拟法进行对比分析,结果表明该方法的有效性.这为产品一维装配成功率计算提供了一种新的途径.
Aiming at the shortcomings of more factors, such as more test times and more calculation workload, the method of calculating the success rate of one-dimensional assembly based on Taguchi orthogonal test is proposed.Firstly, according to Taguchi parameter design criteria , The component ring size in a one-dimensional chain was taken as the factor of Taguchi orthogonal test. Each factor was divided into three levels. The orthogonal test table was established and the orthogonal test was performed. The mean and standard deviation of the closed loop dimensions were calculated. The assembly success rate was obtained, and the influence of various factors on the assembly success rate was analyzed by the extremum method.Finally, the gear assembly was used as an example to calculate the assembly success rate using Taguchi orthogonal test, and the results were compared with Monte Carlo simulation The validity of this method.This provides a new way to calculate the success rate of product one-dimensional assembly.
