依据电磁铸造大板坯铸造特点,设计了模拟大板坯变形过程的实验装置.通过动态和静态测量了Al,Al-4.5Cu合金(质量分数,%)板坯的不平直度的形成过程及最终的量值,考察了铸坯在不同宽厚比的条件下,不同工艺参数对平直度的影响.结果表明,板坯不平直度主要形成于板坯的凝固阶段;控制板坯表面温度是控制铸坯变形的关键因素.提高宽面在铸坯凝固过程的表面温度,改善宽面表面温度的不均匀性,可以有效地改善大板坯不平直度。
According to the casting characteristics of the electromagnetic slab casting, an experimental device was designed to simulate the deformation process of the slab.
