30例胃癌根治术后，FT207组（n＝15）采用小剂量连续口服FT207化疗1年，结果其≥2年生存期显著多于FAM治疗方案组（P＜0.01）。认为胃癌术后化疗以长期低剂量连续口服疗效为佳。
After radical gastrectomy in 30 patients, FT207 group (n=15) was treated with low-dose continuous oral FT207 chemotherapy for 1 year, and the ≥ 2 year survival time was significantly more than FAM treatment group (P<0.01). It is considered that postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer is preferred for long-term low-dose continuous oral therapy.
