目的:观察临床最大剂量的通痹合剂对雄性大鼠的抗生育效应及其可逆性。方法:36只成熟雄性SD大鼠,随机分成2组,每组18只:对照组喂服生理盐水10ml/(kg·d),给药组喂服通痹合剂10g/(kg·d),连续60d后,随机处死半数大鼠,取材。余下大鼠恢复饲养72d后,处死取材。检测大鼠睾丸系数、睾丸体积、精子浓度及活力。光镜观察睾丸组织的病理变化。结果:给药60d后,与对照组比较,给药组睾丸系数、睾丸体积、精子浓度均无统计学差异(P>0.05),精子活动率下降为零;而停药72d后,精子活动力恢复,运动活跃。光镜下给药组睾丸组织几乎无病理损伤。结论:短期应用临床最大剂量的通痹合剂导致的雄性抗生育作用具有可逆性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-fertility effect and reversibility of Tongbi Mixture on the male rats. Methods: Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 2 groups with 18 rats in each group: the control group was given normal saline (10ml / (kg · d)), the rats in the treated group were given Tongbi Mixture 10g / (kg · d) After 60 days, half of the rats were randomly sacrificed and drawn. After the rest of the rats were reared for 72 days, they were sacrificed. Testis coefficient, testicular volume, sperm concentration and vitality were measured. CONCLUSION: Short-term application of the maximal clinical dose of Tongbi Mixture leads to reversibility of male antifertility.
