一、德国的成人教育综述作为一个高工业化的国家,德国的成人教育已经形成了一个较为完善的体系。1953年,当时的西德(联邦德国)10个州的成人教育协会联合成立了德国成人教育协会(DVV),1990年,东西德合并成为新的德意志联邦共和国后,DVV也成为拥有16个州协会的成人教育协会。但是,DVV及各州成人教育协会的会员组织仅限于社区成人教育中心(VHS)。目前,DVV在各地共有1067个社区成人教育中心,4200多个分支机构。以巴伐利亚州为例,其州成人教育协会分为7个分区,210个社区成人教育中心,社区成人教育中心的工作人员仅有少量是专职的(约占1%),绝大多数的教师都是业余的。
First, an overview of adult education in Germany As a highly industrialized country, adult education in Germany has formed a relatively complete system. In 1953, the Association for Adult Education in the 10 states of West Germany (Federal Republic of Germany) co-founded the German Association for Adult Education (DVV).
