RF单板的控制是一项非常重要的工作,由于某些射频单板调试过程中常遇到噪声系数过大的问题,文中以RRTB射频单板为例,利用DOE实验设计方法确定了噪声系数与器件(6个)之间的回归数学表达式,编制matlab程序求出了器件的最佳取值和组合。实验证明:利用DOE实验设计方法对射频单板低噪放问题有指导意义。
RF board control is a very important task. Since some RF boards often encounter the problem of excessive noise figure during commissioning, taking RRTB RF board as an example, the DOE experimental design method is used to determine the noise figure and Device (6) regression mathematical expressions, the preparation of matlab program to find the best value for the device and the combination. The experiment proves that it is instructive to use the DOE experimental design method to solve the problem of low noise amplifier of the RF board.
