齿轮作为齿轮泵的重要组成部分,在正常工作下高速运转时的应力与变形情况对整个齿轮泵能否正常工作起到至关重要的作用。文中运用Ansys软件建立某型齿轮泵齿轮的计算模型,并对其进行有限元分析计算,得到此齿轮高速旋转时的应力及变形情况,为齿轮泵的使用与结构改进提供理论依据。
