海洋保护区越来越面临着在海洋资源在得到充分保护的同时维持与增加旅游效益的挑战。虽然可以通过承载力策略来解决潜水爱好者对海洋保护区的使用影响,但是在潜水者自身的使用偏好及其选择何种方式进行环境保护方面还知之甚少。我们采用陈述偏好的选择模型法(Stated Preference Choice Modelling,SPCM),结合使用水平、使用途径、监管水平,旅游花费、保护教育和潜水期望值等指标,调查研究潜水者对海洋保护区内潜水地的选择偏好。Logit模型表明,与当前的旅游管理现状相比,潜水者更喜欢制约式的管理措施,赞成减少潜水地的使用程度,加强海洋资源的保护教育,并不支持通过征收使用费、限制使用或者是实行广泛监督的办法。总之,潜水者更愿意接受更加严格的管理模式,如果他们因此会看到多种多样的海洋生物。
Marine protected areas are increasingly faced with the challenge of maintaining and increasing the benefits of tourism while the marine resources are fully protected. Although the impact of diving enthusiasts on the use of marine protected areas can be addressed by carrying capacity strategies, little is known about the preference of divers and the ways in which they are chosen for environmental protection.
