过去我們制成的水楊酸鈉注射液易变黄色,现經改进后已可制成不变色的成品了。即使放置在高温烘箱中長期烘几个月也仍然无色。茲將經驗介紹如下: 微量金屬离子对变色有特殊作用,Lindemark氏报告水楊酸鈉溶液变色的原因是微量錳离子的接触氧化所致。Wigniewski氏报告水楊酸鈉注射液变色的原因是安瓿玻璃中的铁質所引起。我們將各种金屬离子鈷、銅、鎂、高铁、低铁、錳、鋅、鉛等各以10PPM濃度加入水楊酸鈉注射液中,滴入双氧水並在水浴上加热30分鎖以加速变色,实驗結果如下:
