随着企业技术改造工作的进一步深化,企业的图纸管理工作开始发生变化.大中型企业相继引进缩微照相技术,底图缩微化正在那里成为现实.但是,由于底图易破裂且多半粘贴有透明胶带,日久胶带老化污染,形成明显的“补痕”,胶带“补痕”干扰底图的缩微影像,给一线生产与科研带来了很大麻烦,其效果并不比利用原件更好.因此,有些企业对缩微望而怯步,缩微技术的推广与应用受到了限制,可以说补痕干扰是底图缩微面临的一大障碍.为了消除“补痕”干扰,恢复底图的原貌,我们在缩微底图的实践中,摸索出一条克服补痕的途径;权且称之谓“底图补痕缩微消隐术”.通过对哈尔滨汽轮机厂万张底图的复制表明,该法简便易行,对底图的缩微补痕确有一定的消隐作用.下面就对此项技术加以系统的介绍.1.补痕消隐术的工艺过程.
