对不同补焊熔深的Q345C退火锻件焊修接头进行了拉伸、弯曲和低温冲击试验。结果表明,在不同的补焊熔深条件下,与Q345C退火锻件母材相比,随着补焊熔深的增加,补焊接头的屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率相应地有所降低,但仍符合标准规定的要求。所有补焊接头的弯曲试样经过180°弯曲后均未出现裂纹。Q345C退火锻件原始母材和补焊接头在-40~0℃范围内均具有较好的冲击韧性,其中补焊接头焊缝金属的低温冲击韧性高于补焊接头的热影响区。
Tensile, flexural and low temperature impact tests were carried out on the weld repair joints of Q345C annealed forgings with different weld penetration. The results show that the yield strength, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the welded joints are correspondingly higher than those of the Q345C annealed forgings at different penetration depths Lower, but still meet the requirements of the standard. Bending specimens of all welded joints showed no cracks after 180 ° bending. The initial base metal and welded joints of Q345C annealed forging all have good impact toughness in the range of -40 ~ 0 ℃. The low temperature impact toughness of weld metal in weld repaired joints is higher than the heat affected zone of welded joints.
