目的评价单独和联合使用紫外线照射、医用消毒机和三氧消毒机消毒对机采血小板献血环境消毒效果,选择合适的消毒模式,降低机采血小板细菌污染率。方法对单独或联合使用紫外线照射、医用消毒机和三氧消毒机的4种消毒模式消毒机采血小板献血环境,比较分析空气菌落数和杀菌率。结果各时间段平均杀菌率,模式Ⅰ:77.20%,模式Ⅱ:82.01%,模式Ⅲ:80.73%,模式Ⅳ:88.63%,杀菌率模式Ⅳ高于模式Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,分别与前3种模式两两比较,均P<0.05。结论对机采血小板献血环境消毒单独使用一种消毒方式不能达到最佳的效果,联合使用工作前紫外线照射消毒+工作中的医用消毒机动态消毒模式效果最好。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection effects of ultraviolet radiation, medical sterilizers and triplex disinfection machines on blood donation environment of platelet-collecting platelets, and to select appropriate disinfection mode to reduce the bacterial contamination rate of platelet-collecting machines. Methods The blood donation environment of 4 kinds of disinfection machines which used UV irradiation, medical disinfection machine and 3 oxygen disinfection machine alone or in combination was compared, and the air colony number and sterilization rate were compared. Results The average bactericidal rate in each time period was 77.20% in model Ⅰ, 82.01% in model Ⅱ, 80.73% in model Ⅲ, 88.63% in model Ⅳ, and higher in model Ⅳ than in models Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ Modes were compared with each other, all P <0.05. Conclusion The use of a single disinfection method can not achieve the best effect on the environment of blood collection of platelet-collecting blood donation. The combination of UV disinfection before work and the dynamic disinfection mode of medical sterilizer at work is the best.
